Our mission is to create a supportive network where dental leaders can share ideas, celebrate successes, and grow together - both personally and professionally. We believe in fostering leadership, encouraging lifelong learning, and strengthening the relationships that make our dental community thrive. Through networking events, mentorship, and social gatherings, we aim to inspire excellence, elevate dental management standards, and promote a culture of fellowship within our industry.

AADOM local is a game changer. Being able to meet with other dental managers that are dealing with the same issues as our office is eye opening. I no longer feel like I am on an island. I have made lifelong friendships and have been able to further my education and career.
